Your appointments are very important to the team members at PLATINUM HAIR BAR. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed, in most cases, 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $25 the first time. The second time, we will require a credit card on file and you will be charged 50% of the services booked should you cancel without a 24 notice again.
- No Shows will be charged at 100% of the reserved service amount and will require a credit card on file to make any future appointments.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel must be cancelled within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Any appointments taking 3 hours or longer must be held witha credit card. If these appointments are not cancelled 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Team Members schedules filled, better serving everyone. Platinum Hair Bar policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION CALLS AND EMAILS
As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments, in most cases, 2 days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. We also send an email to you prior to your appointment. Please make Platinum Hair Bar a "safe sender" in your email account to make sure you receive them.
