My why... I believe passionately in education. I've had the opportunity to work with some amazing mentors while training with Redken on 5th Ave in NYC for many years. As a former educator for Redken I found a love for teaching my clients and team. With a sense of accomplishment to be a part of something big I wanted to ability to give back. build a culture. Growing stylists to feel confident, reach goals, become successful, and make a difference in their lives became my commitment. Through leadership and coaching I had a vision to build something new. To motivate, inspire and create together.
